The key elements behind Asia¡¯s dynamic food and beverage industry are the people who have committed their time, effort and dedication to ensuring only the highest standards are achieved.

Symbolising the pinnacle of excellence where hundreds of practitioners in the F&B trade worldwide gather to compete with their peers, the FHA Culinary Challenge (FCC) will celebrate with these culinary talents for their superb culinary skills and also their contributions to the F&B sector. During FCC2008, over 600 chefs took part in this internationally acclaimed competition to fight for the top awards.

Registration is NOW OPEN for FHA Culinary Challenge 2010
 
FCC National Team Challenge

Held once every four years, this Challenge is open to one team per country, endorsed by their National Association, which must be a member of the World Association of Chefs Societies (http://www.wacs2000.org/).  Each team will prepare a 3-course lunch service for 80 guests, and a cold table display.  The top 3 teams will battle for the prestigious and famous Lion Trophy.
 
Gourmet Team Challenge  
   

Open to teams from hotels, restaurants, culinary institutions, airlines or catering organisations. Each team is tasked to prepare a cold edible buffet, to be sold and served by the organiser to diners in a caf¨¦ setting. The winning team will receive the Gourmet Team Challenge Award.

Dream Team Challenge  
   









The team will prepare an ¡°all-Day Dining/Trendy¡± F&B experience within limited time. This challenge is opened to one team per establishment from hotels, restaurants, culinary institutions, airlines or catering companies.

Individual Challenge  
   



The Individual Challenge consists of various competition classes to attract culinary talents with displays of culinary art, ice and vegetable carving skills, as well as live cooking.
